Precision Artistry

Cancellation Policy: I understand that in order to cancel/reschedule an appointment I must notify Precision Artistry as soon as possible and no less than 24 hours before my appointment is scheduled to begin. I understand that if I cancel my appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or No Call/No Show my appointment I will be charged 25% of the scheduled service(s) and be required to pay a $25 deposit for future bookings. I also understand that I may be banned from booking with Precision Artistry if this occurs frequently. Late Policy: If you are running late please notify us as soon as possible. We will give a grace period of 15 minutes however if we have not heard from you in this time period your appointment will be cancelled and considered a No Show/No Call and therefore subject to the penalties as such. With lash extension appointments we may be able to proceed with the appointment but there is no guarantee that we will be able to complete your set to the normal "fullness" due to time constraints. Refunds: All services are final sale; No refunds. Due to the nature of the services offered Precision Artistry does not offer refunds. We will work with you to resolve any issues brought to our attention within 72 hours of service. Lash Extension Fill Policy: in order to maintain full lashes we recommend booking an appointment every 2-3 weeks. A 2 week appointment requires 60% of lash extensions remaining after removal of grown out extensions. A 3 week appointment requires 40% of lash extensions remaining after removal of grown out extensions. Any set with less than 40% of lash extensions remaining after removal of grown out extensions will be charged as a new set and may not be able to be finished in the scheduled time. Foreign Fills: Foreign fills are at the discretion of the lash artist.
